as usualy, dad picked me up after work today...
but he wasn't wearing the clothes he usually wears at home...
so i asked him and he told me he juz went to the police station~~
seemed like someone tried to break in to my neighbour's house yet she wan caught red handed by dad~~
yea, a S-H-E~~!!!
and what's more, she's only 22 for God's sake~~>.<
dad told me, around 10sumthin this morning,
he was deciding whether to go out or not...
ended up he juz sat in the living room and doing his stuff..
suddenly, he heard a motor slowly driving towards the end of the road...
(P/S: my dad memang kepo a bit one...he alwiz observe all vehicles that pass by our house~~and so he knows all vehicles of our taman's residents very well~~and so he particularly paid attention to this motor since it's not a familiar one)
after a short while, the motor came back and finally stopped at the house juz opposite of mine~~
(this is the house of the Jit Sin High School teacher, Mr Yeoh, who had alwiz tumpang me to school during my F6 year^^)
this girl stood at the gate and pressed the doorbell...she was carrying a very big bag...
my dad was thinking mayb it's Mr Yeoh's friend or relative and is trying to look for him~~
but still, he decided to spy on her through the sliding window~~
after pressing the doorbell for quite some time and with no respond from inside, she decided to force open the lock of the gate...
however, her effort was in vein, and so suddenly she climbed over the gate and got herself into the compound of the house...
at the moment, my dad thought mayb she's trying to pass sumthin to Mr Yeoh's family since she's carrying a BIG bag~~
she walked towards the backyard, yet came back to the front door after a short while...
she was trying to force open the door when the alarm went off~~
she got totally shock and this is when dad decided that this person is no friend nor relative~~
she must be up to sumthin that she's got intimidated by the alarm...
dad grab his keys immediately and rush out to stop her from escaping~~
she's already on her motor when dad caught up, but thanks to her plumpy figure, she's slow~~
dad directly grab her motor keys and lock her motor~~
at that moment, another neighbour, Uncle Heng, rushed to the scene and helped dad to detain her...
dad brought her into our house, lock the door, and leave her on the garden chair while coming into the house to grab his phone...
he wana call Mr Yeoh and tell him bout this whole incident...
however , this girl refused to sit on the chair...she knelt and begged my dad for forgiveness, saying that this is her 1st attempt...
anyhow, this is not up to dad to decide, since it's not our house she's trying to break into...
at this moment, the guard got alarmed and came to my house too...
after that, a member of RELA who lives in our taman also got the news, and ended up a whole pack of RELA members came rushing to our house~~
dad prohibit anyone from reporting this incident to the police and he wanted to ask for Mr Yeoh's opinion~~
(P/S: this girl told my dad that she's trying to look for her teacher when dad asked her what she's trying to do...bother My and Mrs Yeoh are teachers...so dad juz wana confirm whether o not Mr Yeoh knows this girl, and whether or not he wana let her go~~)
anyhow...b4 Mr Yeoh came back...the police had arrived 1st...=.=
those guards had went on to report to the police bout this incident, and the police said that they must bring her back to the station...since dad is the one who had caught her...he has to follow them to the station too...
ended up Mr Yeoh is not going to press any charges...
but since it's a crime she tries to commit, so the police have to detain her for further questioning and also to keep a record...
dad and Mr Yeoh then left here there and went back home...
the guards who went to follow up with the police told them that the pity girl peed her pants while being questioned...
dad showed me a picture of her...
she really looked panicked after being caught...
i suddenly felt really heartache...
feel like crying for this pity girl...
i would not know what to do have i be the one to be caught in this situation...
she is just 22...almost the same age as i am...
i could not imagine the fear she has going through...
she might be at fault, but it really seemed like she must have been really desperate to have taken this step...
i just hope that she will be fine and learn her lesson...
(forget to mention that...the BIG bag that i told u guyz earlier on, guess what's in it~~the guard was asking for her IC yet she said she dun have it...and so the guard was curious what's in the bag if there's not identification documents...ended up...they all got shocked!!! it's a bagful of tools...screwdrivers, saw, etc...in a girl's bag!!!! fuyoh~~)
this incident juz made me realise how blessed i am...
staying in a big comfy house...
do not have to worry bout my meals each day...
do not have to worry bout money...
do not have to worry bout anything other than what to wear, what to eat and what to buy T.T
i feel grateful for the life i have...
and so, i learned to empathize on the lives others struggle to live on...
i really hope that pity girl will be ok.........
