After attending the seminar for biotech saturday,
i realise tat, i stil can achieve my ambition of being a lawyer even though now i'm pursuing biotech,
other than tat, i stil hav many interesting choices ahead...
and so, i'd decided to pursue my studies until PhD b4 i step into the working society...
so, of course i called home to discuss it with my mum^^
and her respond stunned me~~
1st call: i called her and told her everything, and she answered "ok ah, go ahead lo, we're not waiting for ur money, but if u can get a scholarship den tat's best la...blah blah blah...plus some gossiping,hehe"
2nd call: she called bac after several hours..."hoi, i count count count, u need at least 6-8 more yrs leh, den when u come out, mai lou gu po ady lo???!!! if u got a boyfriend now ady den i wont care la, but den u're stil single leh, til the time u get ur PhD, who dares to go after u some more??? blah blah blah...blah blah blah..."
out of everything, she's worried bout tis??!! my oh my...my cute mum...haiyo...den the whole call she kept bugging me for stil being single at the age of 21...wei, wat's wrong with tat...no ppl wan ur daughter ma, wat to do~~
erm...but honestly, i understand why she's so worried...since secondary school, my mum already got dozens of boyfriends (amazing huh) so to her, her daughter stil being single til now is totally unacceptable~~plus she knew tat frm the age of 7/8, der're already guys coming after me...so being single til now, she thinks tat it's bcoz her daughter is choosy...hmm, i ain't choosy la, i'm juz looking for the right person ma...tis kind of stuff, cannot cincai one leh...u tot buy vege in the market meh...haiyo...gotta think of sumthin to stop her frm bugging me anymore~~~

That depends on what you want actually. Take example of me, I don't mind living alone all the while (perhaps it is due to the reason that no one wishes to be with me?). It's always not to late to engage in love, personally I think so, including the fact that you want baby. PhD, I see, me too, and I have another choice, PsyD (Doctor of Psychology)!
